For-e-skin Contemplations (2020)

For-e-skin contemplations (2020) is a Performance for camera/documentation of a performance that took in Januray 2020. In this performance I walk around in Windsor’s riverside at night-time whilst holding a DSLR camera and a mirror. Simultaneous to my actions, a performance-participant attempts to draw an outline of my shadow on the ground.

I have taken a more autobiographical approach in titling this moving image. For-e-skin Contemplations refers to the power-relations that reside eternally within me as a result of having my foreskin removed shortly after my birth
